This weeks local artist spotlight is a duo between a great singer and guitarist named Patrick Donovan and one of his best friends who has the stage name E-Hos. Together they collaborate to create a type of music that is a mixture of rap and soft rock. They both go to Saint Joesph University in Philidelphia.
